Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours and delivered by our logistics partner Shiprocket. Most addresses across India receive their order within 3 to 5 working days. Remote and rural pin codes may take slightly longer.

We deliver across India through Shiprocket, covering more than 24,000 pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us and we will arrange an alternative.

No. All orders are prepaid. You can pay securely by UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking or wallet at checkout.

Unopened and unused bottles in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Yes. Composing and selling our own fragrances is entirely legal. We do not copy, refill or resell branded bottles. Every bottle is our own product, produced and sealed by Al Bait Al Dimashqi.
