Returns & Refunds

At Albait Aldimashqi India, we strive to provide the best quality Dubai-inspired luxury perfumes. However, due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene reasons, we have a strict return and refund policy.

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return request must be raised through your account or by contacting our customer support via WhatsApp/Email before the 7-day period ends.

2. Eligible for Return

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The perfume bottle seal must be intact.
  • Product should be in the same condition as received (no damage, no tampering).
  • Return is only accepted if the delivered product is defective, damaged during transit, or wrong item was delivered.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if any)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID provided by you.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective/wrong item), we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. How to Initiate Return

  1. Login to your account and go to “Orders”
  2. Select the order and click “Request Return”
  3. Or contact us on WhatsApp / Email with your Order ID and reason
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship it back to the address provided by our support team

7. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchange. You can return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Important Notes

  • All perfumes are checked for quality before dispatch. However, slight variation in scent perception may occur due to individual body chemistry and this does not qualify as a valid reason for return.
  • We reserve the right to deny return if the product appears used or tampered with.
  • Any fraudulent return attempts may result in permanent ban from our store.
